Charity Work

Why Charity Matters to Me

Since 2000, I’ve had the privilege of being trusted by NGOs, trusts and charities around the world, supporting adults and children.

Having sat with people who have survived unimaginable violations, who’ve been abandoned, abused, or trafficked into the sex trade - I’ve walked alongside them as they began to rebuild their lives, often from nothing.  I’ve helped equip them with mindset skills, but more importantly, I’ve witnessed their courage, their resilience, and their strength.

Regularly volunteering in suicide prevention is close to my heart and in 2024 I became a Board Member for Maggie’s Cancer charity.

These experiences have shaped my thinking and continue to fuel my mission to add value and strength to people, so they may add value and strength to others.

Jet Singh Trust

The Jet Singh Trust is a charity I genuinely love supporting, founded in suicide prevention, a cause close to my heart. What makes it so special is the deep mission to bring people together, not just to become more active physically and mentally, but to lift each other up while doing good for others. It’s about community, connection, and using our strength to support causes that truly matter.

I’m proud to be part of what they’re building - you can see in the video below what we do:
