Dr Dee Allen Ph.D is a powerhouse of wisdom, service and leadership. With 33 years in the U.S. Navy where she rose to become the most senior enlisted woman, Command Master Chief, Dee brings gravitas, warmth and unstoppable energy to every room she enters.
Dani and Dee first worked together in 2021 for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and have since forged a powerful alliance. Each month, they collaborate on client projects, share tools, and provide behind-the-scenes support that strengthens the impact of each other’s work, a true power woman partnership grounded in mutual respect, purpose and bold results.
As Founder of Nspire Leadership Solutions, Dee offers elite-level coaching and facilitation that blends military precision with deep emotional intelligence. Her credentials span PCC (ICF), BCC, Gallup Strengths Coach, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and a host of other specialisms. Lauren is a Sheffield Hallam University graduate with a First Class Honours in Film and Media Production. Adding another skill to her bow, she also completed a Masters degree in Graphic Design. Today, she specialises in video editing and graphic design, but prides herself on always trying new things and is determined to further her creative skillset even more.
Lauren gets a lot of inspiration from being around nature, and in her spare time, loves to explore the countryside and go on long walks. She also considers herself to be a bookworm, and loves nothing more than curling up with a book after a long walk.
