THE DEFINING MOMENT
My work is fuelled by a legacy I never asked for and I will
never abandon.
I’m the person you call when success starts costing too much.
I’ve worked inside high-performance environments where pressure is constant BBC Top Gear, Olympic Games, and with global brands like Coca-Cola and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
I know what it looks like when people are holding it together… until they’re not. Years ago, my phone rang twice. It was someone very dear to me - I didn’t get to the phone. The next morning, I got the news that he was gone forever.
That moment became my permanent mission. It altered my trajectory entirely. When the mind spirals under immense weight, people can often suffer in silence. I now make it my mission that no one makes those last phone calls.
My life is dedicated to ensuring people know their strength and value before they reach the edge of life.
The mission… to be a person of strength and value who adds strength and value to others.

The Top Gear Baptism of Fire
Did you know Dani started at Top Gear blowing up sheds and caravans? She learned how to keep teams performing at world class levels in total chaos.
If she can keep Clarkson and a film crew focused while sheds are literally exploding, she can handle your boardroom.
The Last Phone Call Legacy
Dani doesn't just do motivation. Her work is built on a mission to stop people from hitting rock bottom.
She started this work after a suicide because she realised people often spiral in silence.
She is the person you bring in when you cannot afford for your best people to break.
The Military and The Slums Contrast
She is one of the few people who can guest lecture British Military officers on leadership one day and work with trauma survivors or the Financial Times board the next. She has seen the absolute worst (from children trafficked for sexual exploitation to abuse in the slums of India) and the absolute best of human potential, which is why her FUELCheck™ framework works in real life, not just on paper.
I have seen toxic workplaces at their worst, and I have navigated profound personal trauma. I am entirely unshockable, deeply empathetic, and fiercely committed to your vitality and growth.
